  2. One foot run – one foot x square
  3. Hop Scotch – both feet in , both out
  4. Lateral Run – right in left in, going sideways / left in then right in also sideways
  5. Crazy Climber w rotation – when right in left is out, when left is in right is out
  6. Icky Shuffle- , going right we do right out then left out , going left, we do left out 1st  facing forward
  7. One Foot hop – forward – both feet
  8. One Foot hop – Lateral – both feet

 

Monday and Wednesday
  1. Speed ladder W/ ball lateral suicide
  2. Forward running w/ resistance bands at waist against net post. 20 backhand / 20 forehands alternating.
  3. Lateral Shuffle w/ resistance bands at waist against net post. 20 backhand / 20 forehands alternating.

 

Tuesday and Thursday
  1. 5 cone lateral – progressions 12,13,14,15,14,13,12 skips over cones
  2. 5 cones run, shuffle , run, (1 to 2 run, 2 to 4 shuffle, 4 to 5 run repeat backwards)
  3. Lateral short shuffle – cones transfer from one line to other.
  4. Forward back short  shuffle – cones transfer from one line to other.

 

Friday
  1. 2 cones – lined on baseline , 2 steps apart from hash-mark , figure of eight faking strokes
  2. 2 cones – lined on baseline, further apart – in in , out out- side to side
  3. 1 cone baseline 2 cones inside court  (V shaped) faking strokes always on the outside of the cones
  4. 1 cone Baseline 2 cones behind Baseline (V shaped) faking strokes always on the outside of the cones
